What This Is About
If you grew up loving America and the Constitution, you know the Constitution was written to put limits on government. It's there to protect We the People. But somewhere along the way, government outgrew its bounds. You go to work, you put in your time, and you still don't feel like you're getting the fruits of your own labor.
So you look into the Constitution and find that it speaks of gold and silver coin as the tender for debts, yet what we use today is Fiat currency, money by government declaration. Money does three jobs. It's a medium of exchange, it's a measure of value, and, the most important one if you ask me, it's a store of value. Fiat currency does the first two. I'd argue it fails the third. That's why so many of us feel ripped off.
That's what this site is about. My focus is personal sovereignty and the money system, so you can keep what you earn. You wouldn't leave your house without a front door that locks, because otherwise anybody can walk in and do anything. A country needs borders for the same reason. We believe our rights come from God, not from any government, and we want a government of the people, by the people, and for the people, meaning the American people.

Meet Art
I'm Art, and I live in Lockwood, Nevada, with my wife Marcia and our dog Willie. I started Truth Spoken Aloud because I wanted to understand how our money and our government really work, and I figured other folks might want to learn it alongside me. I'm still learning, and I'll be honest about that as we go.
